The only problem was I've been unable to disassemble and clean & lubricate the jewels on the balance wheel bridge. I pulled the movement with the good hairspring apart, cleaned everything in pure Naphtha and lubricated and reassembled it using the case and stem from the other movement and it runs well - It gains about a minute a day, not bad for a learner movement. Hi all, As many others here have done I got hooked on watching watch repair videos on youtube and I've always loved tinkering so I purchased a couple of broken Molnijor pocketwatches and some tools on Ebay, One had an obviously wrecked hairspring, the other looked ok but turned out to have the stem rusted solid into the case and it snapped while trying to remove it.
